Refund policy

We want you to love your Casa Nochi candles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  30-DAY RETURNS

  You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to return an order, we'll accept it — you cover the

  cost of return shipping.

  HOW TO RETURN

  Email hello@casanochi.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please pack items securely; you

  are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked service.

  REFUNDS

  Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10

  business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

  FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@casanochi.com within 30 days with a photo and your order

  number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost.

  YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

  This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer

  Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
