TERMS OF SERVICE

  These terms govern your use of the Casa Nochi website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you

  agree to these terms.

  ABOUT US

  Casa Nochi is a London-based candle maker, hand-pouring small-batch candles in coconut-apricot wax. Contact:

  PRODUCTS

  We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. As candles are hand-poured in small batches,

  slight variation in appearance is natural and not a defect. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

  ORDERS

  Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order

   (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), in which case we will refund you in full.

  SAFETY — IMPORTANT

  Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Trim the wick to ~5mm

   before each burn. Burn on a heat-resistant surface and not for more than 4 hours at a time. You are responsible for

  safe use of our products.

  PAYMENT

  Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  All content on this site — including our illustrated candle artwork, text, and branding — is owned by Casa Nochi and

  may not be reproduced without permission.

  LIABILITY

  Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

  Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  GOVERNING LAW

  These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
